Placeholder. Replace this scaffold with a policy generated by Termly or iubenda to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and any other regulations that apply to you.

What we collect

  • Account info: email address, display name, and a default search ZIP if you set one.
  • Listing content: sale title, description, address, photos, and dates you submit.
  • Activity:sales you save, routes you build, ratings and comments you post, and confirmations or "mark as over" votes you cast.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic device info captured automatically by our hosting provider.

How we use it

To operate the Service: show you nearby sales, let you save and route them, allow you to post and moderate listings, send transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset, sale-status notifications), and prevent abuse.

Service providers

We share the minimum information necessary with these third parties:
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
  • Mapbox — map tiles, geocoding, and directions.
  • Sentry — error tracking and performance monitoring.
Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your saved sales and Loot Route. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete listings you submitted, and request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and unties listings you authored from your identity.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
