By accessing or using LootHop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LootHop is a community map for yard sales, garage sales, estate sales, and similar neighborhood events. Listings may be submitted by sale hosts or by community members ("tippers"). LootHop does not host the sales themselves and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of listings, photos, and comments you submit. By submitting content you grant LootHop a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and moderate that content on the Service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: post false or misleading listings; harass other users; scrape the Service; attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or moderation; or use the Service for any commercial purpose other than promoting a bona-fide sale.

6. Moderation and Removal

LootHop may remove or hide any content at its discretion, including content reported by the community or flagged by automated systems. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. LootHop is not liable for transactions, interactions, or events that occur between users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
